Roundtable: How New Compliance Rules are Changing the Fund Administration Industry
May 20, 2013

Koger is hosting a roundtable on June 13 in Dublin to discuss how fund administrators, fund managers and their investment fund clients can best prepare for the challenges arising from the new regulatory landscape. The roundtable will be moderated by FundServices.net and a write-up will appear at FundServices.net and GlobalCustody.net soon after the event.

Among the measures to be highlighted are the US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, Form PF (private fund) reporting under the US Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act, and the European Alternative Investment Fund Manager Directive. Also to be addressed is the pending European Financial Transaction Tax. To varying degrees, investment funds and their managers must adhere to more comprehensive data gathering, analysis and disclosure on investments, risk, customer accounts and counterparties. Fund administrators are in a unique position to provide assistance.

Fund administrators, investors and managers will be attending the roundtable, with representatives from operations, accounting, compliance, private equity and investor services. A few places remain. If you would like to be considered for a free pass, please send a message to [email protected]
